Qualifications
Baer Testing, Inc. is a Central Washington based corporation, established to provide quality Construction Materials Testing Inspection services, at competitive rates. BTI's main office is located in Yakima, WA and staffed with highly qualified professionals. Our management team has over 40 years of testing experience in the Washington, Oregon, and Idaho markets.

Professionally calibrated equipment, that is both modern and well maintained, has been assembled to provide our clients with prompt and accurate field and laboratory testing. Our equipment is independently calibrated by an accredited A2LA supplier.

Our laboratory is AASHTO Accredited, and Army Corps of Engineers Certified. We also participate in the AMRL (AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory) and the CCRL (Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory) proficiency sample programs in order to assure our test results fall within industry standards. BTI is also a member of the Central Washington Home Builders Association (CWHBA). 

BTI's Quality Control Program has been established to meet current AASHTO, ASTM, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Requirements. Our inspectors are typically certified by/for Troxler, ACI, NICET, and ICC/ICBO.

Our quality system is designed to comply with AASHTO R18, ASTM E329, ASTM C1077, ASTM D3740, and ASTM D3666.
